  The girls who work at this Verizon store are so knowledgeable. We learn something every time we stop there. We have been doing all our business at this store for the last four years and will continue.

  Rebecca in Blythe California is a valuable Verizon employee. I am a retired senior and I need extra explanation with the use of my phone. She is patient and very kind.......she deserves a raise!!!

  We're on the road, on vacation. Our daughter is on a separate vacation in Mexico. We all need to stay in communication, but Verizon messed up our data , which is supposed to automatically renew every month; it did not renew. Had to go to Verizon store to get a hold of Verizon over their phone. The employee at Verizon opened the store an hour late. Then we waited an hour in line behind two people. Bad day, bad experience. Got a temporary fix from the store... thank you for that. Now we have to find another Verizon at our next destination to get everything fixed. Still don't have our data and our jetpack quit working too. Have to do all this nonsense again later because we could not wait any longer. One star for employee who finally helped us.
